anyone provide a copy of the cue sheets for testcard tapes 10 - 15 ?

Tapes 10-12 playlist
began with the first two movements of Mendelssohn's Violin Concerto
In E Minor and ended with 3 very romantic tracks by French composer
Pierre Porte - "Le Ruisseau","Ibiza" & "Soleil
Blanc".
Tapes 13-15's playlist
began with Rednizek's "Donna Diana" Overture & Verdi's
"La Traviata - Prelude to Act 1",included more pieces by Porte("Tess
Song" & "Croisement") and ended with a well known
piece by Gershwin.
When Channel 4's licence to play most of the music on tapes 1-6 expired
around late 1987/early 1988, there were possibly about 6 more tapes
with similar content to tapes 10-15 used to replace them info on all
these tapes too.
Can anyone provide a copy of the cue sheets for tapes 10 - 15 ? Please
